📦 Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy.
This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@nolaou.nl.
We will then send you the return steps and details by email.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without a return request being submitted will not be accepted. For questions about returns, you can always contact us via:

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items).
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved.
Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank to process and deposit the refund.
Contact us if it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return.
