Delivery Time & Production

All our products are handmade with care and attention. As a result, we have a production and dispatch time of 4 to 7 working days after receiving your order.

Shipping & Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel step by step right to your door.
⚠️ Delivery times during busy periods
During busy periods — both for us and for the delivery services — delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will, of course, do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
📦 Liability for delays
We are not liable for delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the relevant postal service or courier. Should you encounter any issues with the delivery, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to help where possible.
